St. Ives has opened a temporary experiential store — The Mixing Bar, located in New York City’s Soho neighborhood. For the next six weeks, guests are invited to choose from over 50 combinations of 100% natural extracts, exfoliants, or moisturizers to customize face scrubs and body lotions.

The first-of-its-kind 1800-square-foot store is inspired by the joyful, vibrant energy of nature and St. Ives’ key ingredients, the brand says. More than 50 unique ingredient combinations are available at The Mixing Bar, including desired body lotion richness or facial scrub exfoliation levels.

In addition to showcasing many of St. Ives signature ingredients, there are over 20 new, on-trend ingredients that guests can mix into their skin care products, incuding pink lychee, kale, ginger and volcanic sand.

“The introduction of the St. Ives Mixing Bar is an exciting and completely new way for our fans to experience St. Ives,” said Suzanne Palentchar, St. Ives Marketing Director.  “Inspired by the best of nature, we’re thrilled to unveil the Mixing Bar this summer where guests can create their own unique St. Ives face scrubs and body lotions, all while learning about the benefits our ingredient-led products provide.”

All custom face scrubs and body lotions will retail for $12 each. The St. Ives Mixing Bar, located at 577 Broadway (at the corner of Prince and Broadway), will be open from June 16th, 2017 through July 30th, 2017, Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
